- 1991Started as a programmer and computer teacher in Kerala and Sharjah. Self-taught.
- 1998Built ONAM.ORG, one of the world's first social networks, for Malayalees worldwide, years before Orkut and Facebook.
- 1999 to 2014ADNOC Distribution, Abu Dhabi. Built the approval workflow system the whole company ran on, 80-plus workflows and 100,000-plus form requests a day, and the dashboards the executives ran the business on.
- 2010Founded DISC Foundation in India, then Emirates Safer Internet Society, the first child online protection non-profit registered in the UAE.
- 2014Founding member of the INTERPOL Specialists Group on Crimes Against Children. Left ADNOC to work on child online protection full time. Awards from H.H. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan and from Kapil Sibal, India's Minister of Telecommunication.
- 2023Founded ebita.ai. Builds working software with AI coding agents and sits inside client teams to change how they work.
